• Designed Xero integration UX - mapping TidyHQ's cashbook accounting to Xero's double-entry structure while maintaining user comprehension of complex financial workflows

Enterprise Product Delivery

• Designed and delivered multiple major projects for AusCycling (national cycling body, 500 clubs, 55,000 members)
• Led UX design for federated membership architecture - complex system sharing contact profiles and membership data across distributed structure of 500+ clubs
• Managed direct client relationship with AusCycling stakeholders (client still active as of 2025, representing ~25% of company ARR)

Customer Research & Feedback Systems

• Implemented systematic feedback analysis in Intercom, turning support conversations into product insights for roadmap prioritisation
